Larson-Juhl New Zealand aims to dispatch goods from its premises within 48 hours of receipt for destinations across New Zealand.
Once dispatched, goods are in the hands of our contracted freight providers for delivery to our customers’ premises.
Delivery days depend on the freight service provider’s market servicing model for each geographic area.
For local Auckland customers who pick up from our warehouse, a minimum of five working hours is required for our team to pick and prepare the order for collection.
Orders over $900 (excluding GST) per day qualify for free freight. Shipping charges apply to all orders under $900 (excluding GST).
We will endeavour to accommodate timely add-ons to orders within one hour of placing the original order.
Shipping charges apply for Local Freight, Regional Freight, Postbag, and Rural Freight where applicable.
Jumbo Matboards and Foamboards incur higher delivery costs across New Zealand due to their size. Additionally, there is a considerable risk of product damage. As a result, specific charges for these products will apply on a region-by-region basis.
